Location: Remote
Reports to: Product Owner
Employment term: Contract for 24 days across 11 weeks
Required days: 2 days/week for weeks 1-9 and 3 days/week for weeks 10-11
Project dates: Monday 30th September (week 1) to Friday 13th December (week 11)

About the Project
The project is an existing web platform which has been built and managed by the nuom team. The requirements have already been scoped and agreed upon with our client and focus on expanding the platform functionality.
The Product Owner and Lead Developer have experience working with the client and are familiar with the project and its codebase. The Project Manager will be managed by the Product Owner and the majority of design work will be completed prior to the Project Manager joining the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective and backlog refinement sessions
Communicate with Product Owner to understand project requirements and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned
Write, assign, track and ensure completion of User Story tickets
Undertake manual migration of translations from Crowdin platform to Craft CMS
Manage internal team of designers, developers and QA (team size a maximum of 4)
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through the preparation of sprint reports
Attend weekly client calls to be led by the Product Owner
Continually improve project management processes and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in using JIRA, Google workspace and Slack
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Schedule
All work to be undertaken between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The Project Manager must be available every weekday, although hours do not need to be divided equally across every day.
